Matthieu Charpe is a senior economist at the International Labour Organization with over 15 years of experience in the field of employment issues. He has a research background in macroeconomics and development economics. Recently, Matthieu has been mobilizing satellite images to measure labour market dynamics in countries with under-funded statistical system. Matthieu Charpe has advised ILO constituents on labour market issues and designed technical assistance programs for development actors.
