Abstract
Article on reduction of rural migration through strengthening of ruralsocial structure in the USSR - examines current trends and causes of rural outmigration, emphasizing importance of social service disparities between urban areas and rural areas, and suggests that social development and an integrated approach to industrialization of the agricultural sector (Agro-Industrial Complex) would help stabilize the migration process.
