Abstract
Article examining the employment policy programmes and activities of the fund for the quality of working lifeing conditions (fhct) and the institute for the improvement of working conditions (iact) in Belgium - analyses the role of fhct in providing financing incentives and the role of iact in encouraging change through ergonomics and workers participation, etc.
