Expertise

Dr. Rogovsky has recently co-edited an ILO book on Megatrends and HRM in BRICS countries and is currently leading the research project on productivity and well-being in Asia. He is also doing research on the implications of the artificial intelligence for various corporate HRM functions in the context of the ILO human-centred agenda.
