Abstract
This policy brief outlines the findings of experimental evidence from behavioural interventions in Jordan to increase social security registration among small firms. It summarizes the evidence on the effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of face-to-face outreach and SMS campaigns and presents key lessons and insights to inform evidence into how different outreach methods influence firms’ awareness, engagement, and registration.
