Abstract
This policy brief is prepared in the context of the project “Assessment on the Effectiveness of Work-Life Balance and Gender Equality Policies in the Labour Market” (2025-2026). The brief gathers knowledge and evidence on gender equality and work-life balance outcomes in the Portuguese labour market, and explores pathways to achieve improved efficiency and effectiveness of legislation and policies.
