Abstract
This brief examines Lebanon’s solid waste management sector, highlighting market constraints, skills gaps and working conditions. It identifies opportunities for green job creation through recycling, composting and circular economy activities, alongside recommendations to strengthen skills development, occupational safety and health, inclusive employment and decent work.
