Abstract
This report prepared jointly by the ILO and the OECD and presented at the G20 Labour and Employment Ministerial Meeting under Brazil's presidency gives an overview of progress made by G20 countries towards achieving the Brisbane target, and policy action taken by governments to reduce the gender gaps in labour market. An analysis of policy measures to improve the reconciliation of work and family life is also included. It concludes with future policy directions to achieve Brisbane Goal and beyond.
