Abstract
Utilizing the International Labour Organization's (ILO) Inclusive Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Approach, this report delves into the examination of Banja Luka's entrepreneurship ecosystems. With a specific focus on women and young individuals, it explores their roles, challenges, and opportunities within these systems. The ultimate objective is to propose actionable solutions that can enhance the functionality of these ecosystems, better catering to the needs of emerging women and young entrepreneurs.This report is a product of the Local Development Strategies – EU4Business in Bosnia and Herzegovina" project.
