The study focuses on the present enablers and challenges of Trade Union organizing by the workers from two of the RMG dense areas of Ashulia and Tongi, both in the time of Covid-19 and post-Covid new normal times. The study aimed at reviewing the status of FoA in the sample geographic location, along with identifying scope and role of the multipartite stakeholders to protect the right of workers including a set of policy recommendations as future advocacy instruments.
