Abstract
Presents a case study on the social dialogue roundtables initiative, created in Spain as a mechanism of participation and monitoring of compliance with the Kyoto Protocol and the norms and standards derived from it with the objective of analysing the effect of these norms on employment, competitiveness and social cohesion.
