Abstract
This study delves into the specific implications of the Employment Cluster Regulation within the Job Creation Law, with a particular focus on workers in the garment sector. Given that the garment industry is a major part of Indonesia’s labor-intensive economy, it provides a critical lens through which to assess the real-world effects of policy shifts. By examining the legal framework, recent judicial decisions, and on the- ground realities, this research seeks to shed light on both the intended and unintended consequences of the law’s implementation.
