Abstract
Refers to the definition of trafficking given in the "UN Protocol to prevent, suppress and punish trafficking in persons, especially women and children" (2000). Examines the enabling environments regarding sex workers and domestic labourers, and recruitment of children and women into armed groups. Formulates recommendations for policy measures.
