This report assesses skills gaps and mismatches across the fodder value chain in Nakuru, Narok and Kajiado counties in Kenya, examining skills needs in production, harvesting and preservation, processing, mechanization, aggregation, logistics and commercialization. The assessment draws on enterprise surveys, key informant interviews, focus group discussions, institutional engagements and workplace observations to identify skills shortages, surpluses, obsolete practices and emerging skills requirements.
