Abstract
This report captures and documents the International Labour Organization’s interventions during the first phase of the PROSPECTS partnership (2019–2023), highlighting achievements and lessons learned across ten thematic areas. It aims to strengthen institutional learning within the ILO and guide future programming in forced displacement contexts by providing practical insights and evidence-based recommendations. Additionally, the report seeks to reinforce and expand ILO’s partnerships and joint areas of engagement under the humanitarian-development-peace nexus (HDPN), ensuring more coordinated, effective, and sustainable support for forcibly displaced populations and their host communities.
