Abstract
This toolkit equips employer and business membership organizations—and their member enterprises—with practical resources to uphold decent work and sustainable practices in conflict‑prone areas. It guides them in identifying collective business concerns, proposing constructive policy changes before, during, and after conflict, and managing safer, more inclusive operations amid instability.
