Abstract
This report provides a comparative legal and policy assessment of Indonesia’s social security system against the requirements of the ILO Social Security (Minimum Standards) Convention, 1952 (No. 102). Prepared by the ILO within the framework of the Development Cooperation Project financed by the Government of Japan and the ILO’s Global Ratification Campaign on Convention No. 102, it reviews Indonesia’s readiness for possible ratification and identifies reforms needed to strengthen compliance with international social security standards.
