Employers’ organisations have expressed their expectations for greater meaningful involvement in the governance of these training funds to improve the way they are being administered and the market relevance of the training they support. The overall purpose of the study is to examine the relationship between the meaningful participation of employers in the management of levy-financed training funds and the quality of these training funds in 26 Sub-Saharan Africa Countries.
