Abstract
This publication focuses on the experiences of countries that have adopted or are considering adopting employment injury insurance (EII) systems for workers in local digital platform employment. It provides an up-to-date review of the general principles of EII and how these principles can be adapted to enable protection of platform workers in specific country contexts.
