Abstract
Provides the better strategies and measures to support social enterprise development. Distinguishes between policy measures and Business Development Service (BDSs) that are primarily focused on the enterprise-level, on the level of the entrepreneur, or targeted towards a general attitude of social entrepreneurship that will help to achieve more balanced intervention strategies that are more likely to lead to sustainable development.
