Abstract
Climate change is increasingly reshaping socio-economic systems in the Pacific, exacerbating inequalities, disrupting livelihoods, damaging infrastructure and services, and driving labour mobility through its impacts on climate-sensitive sectors and growing disaster risks. At the same time, the transition to renewable energy and green and circular economies is creating new opportunities, leading to significant shifts in labour demand across the region.
