Abstract
This report serves as a pilot study of the effects of climate change on Mozambique’s economy and labour market and how these may exacerbate poverty and inequality, if left unaddressed. The study was conducted through secondary research and in application of the guidelines set in the International Labour Organization's (ILO) “Green Employment Diagnostics for Just Transitions”.4) Formulate appropriate policies to mitigate negative effects.
