Abstract
This report highlights the structural inequalities that women face in the world of work, emphasizing the need for systemic changes across multiple policy areas. While revising the regulatory frameworkis an important step, achieving meaningful progress will require comprehensive interventions that address both immediate and long-term challenges. The recommendations provided here aim to support transformative change, enabling Viet Nam to harness the full potential of its workforce, foster innovation, and strengthen its competitiveness on the global stage.
