Based on surveys of 100 enterprises each, indicates the risks of explosion and fire for children engaged in fuse preparation and powder loading in the pyrotechnics industry in Bulacan, and exposure to dust in the fashion accessories industry in Cebu. Examines why employers prefer children for these tasks.
