Abstract
The ILO-led Digital Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Assessment for Youth in Kigali and Musanze, Rwanda, developed with national partners and supported by Luxembourg, looks at what young digital entrepreneurs need to start, grow and sustain businesses. The report helps inform how digital entrepreneurship can translate into more inclusive, sustainable and decent jobs, especially for young people, women and entrepreneurs beyond major urban centres.
