Abstract
This meeting report summarizes the discussions at the inter-agency roundatable held within the Geneva Peace Week 2024. The meeting "Contributions to sustaining peace since 2016" analyzed the progress and challenges in implementing the sustaining peace agenda, with the aim of informing the 2025 Peacebuilding Architecture Review (PBAR). The conversation was driven by the overarching consensus that peace is not simply the absence of conflict, but the creation of environments in which people can thrive—economically, socially, and politically—with a strong call for greater coordination between peace, humanitarian, and development actors.
