Abstract
Compiles and analyses data, collected during 2006, from 80 randomly selected villages and urban wards. Gives information about households, notably the educational status of some 40,000 children aged 5-17 years. Highlights the potential of village-level organizations in addressing the issues relating to child labour. Includes the questionnaires used in the investigations.
