Describes three micro-insurance initiatives: an update of the ORT (Organization for Educational Resources and Technological Training) Health Plus Scheme and the Novadeci Health Care Program, and the Bicao Investment Care Administration Organization (BICAO), a young scheme established by the cooperative agrarian reform beneficiaries. Appends BICAO's health insurance policy as well as relevant memoranda of agreement.
