Abstract
Zimbabwe’s construction sector is poised for growth, driven by government and private sector investments. It can create jobs, stimulate innovation, and provide the infrastructure needed for the economic progress. However, the sector faces issues such as low productivity, informal activities, informal employment, and low compliance with labour law which underscore the need for sustainable solutions that benefit all sector stakeholders.
