Designed to supporting industry transformation and advancing responsible business practices, the training manual serves as a practical tool to help enterprises—particularly small and medium-sized ones—enhance productivity, competitiveness, and compliance with international labour standards. The manual integrates key concepts of Responsible Business Conduct (RBC), decent work, and fundamental principles and rights at work, and includes dedicated modules on digital skills and environmentally sustainable business practices.
