Abstract
The growing impact of migration on the world of work is testing current migration management systems. With the aim to enhance labour migration governance, the ILO has developed a manual on participatory assessment of policy coherence in the health sector. The manual is based on existing ILO work and constitutes a step-by-step practical guide to support constituents and other stakeholders at country level in designing more effective health and labour migration policies. It targets assessing coherence among labour migration, employment, education/training and health policies and aims at enhancing labour market outcomes for migrant health workers and health service delivery.
