Abstract
Introduces the internationally recognized concepts and approaches to eliminate discrimination and promote equality of opportunity and treatment in workplaces. This handbook is part of a Training package on Equality and Non-discrimination at Work in China, developed and issued by the ILO to support the application of the Discrimination (Employment and Occupation) Convention, 1958 (No. 111) in the country.
