Article on workers participation and personnel policy in the UK - briefly comments on labour legislation, trade union attitudes, management attitudes and attitudes of political partys towards workers participation; presents six case studies of the shipbuilding, insurance and air transport sectors, the telecommunications, construction industry and beverage industry.
