Abstract
ILO pub-WEP pub. Article on disguised unemployment and poverty in Kenya, describing the rationale underlying an employment policy strategy proposed by an ILO Mission within the framework of the WEP - suggests a series of inter-related development policy measures spreading the benefits of economic growth over the low income sections and inducing more equitable income redistribution and development of the urban areas and rural areas informal sector.
