Abstract
Article analyzing the impact of automation and of computer use on the skills required from office workers in developed countries and developing countries, and discussing the need to adjust accordingly commercial school curriculum - refers to ILO Programme on vocational training based on 'modules of employable skills' (MES) and emphasizes how its flexibility facilitates further training and workers adaptation to technological change.
