Article on evaluation techniques for human resources planning and the planning of training, with particular reference to assessment of training needs for industrial development in developing countries - covers vocational education provided in training institutions, in plant training, project-related training, role of ILO, etc.; recommends wage policy reward skill certification, thereby enhancing the occupational status of skilled workers.
