Abstract
Youth organization (young pioneers) for rural development and rural area social rehabilitation in Central African Republic - study of methods of recruitment, training and civic education of young workers and school leavers to increase agricultural productivity and further community development, rural cooperatives and engineering activities. Employment service aims at improving living conditions and economic development of the country.
