Abstract
Article, brief account of recommendations of a Commission set up by the late President Kennedy relating to the social status of women in the USA - outlines the proposals of the Commission as a contribution towards understanding the broader question of "Woman Workers in a Changing World" to be discussed by the 48th session of the International Labour Conference in 1964.
