Abstract
Article on the administrative reform of the ESF and its influence on EC country social policy to combat unemployment, especially long term unemployment and youth unemployment - outlines administrative aspects of the Fund and its task in promoting employment opportunity, vocational training and equal opportunity, and in attempting to reduce regional disparities.
