Abstract
The need for well trained managers for industrial development urges the government of Poland to establish with the aid of technical cooperation by ILO under the UN special fund a national level management development centre - role of ILO in the field of vocational training, teaching methods for managers, as well as supervisors, programmed instruction, technical education and in helping operational research and management control systems based on EDP.
