Iran, Islamic Republic. Recruitment of teachers as a part of their military service for the promotion of rural development - teacher training for rural community schools contributes to overcoming rural area poverty, reduces the level of youth unemployment among educated youth, and aims towards eliminating illiteracy among adults (particularly rural women and rural workers). Social implications and economic implications of these activities.
