Article on an integrated approach to rural development by development aid programmes in developing countries - analyses the donor role of developed countries in the implementation of aid programmes, discusses the need to involve low income farmers in rural areas in the introduction of innovations to suit local rural community needs, and includes practical recommendations on project evaluation, personneling, financing, etc.
