Abstract
Survey of strikes in the UK - comprises data and statistical tables on the number, distribution, size and duration thereof in various industries (with particular mention of the coal mining industry), covers the pattern of absenteeism resulting therefrom and the causes therefor (incl. Labour disputes concerning wages and hours of work), and includes information on the statistical method of the survey.
