Abstract
Article on the relationship of migrant workers and immigrant workers with the labour relations systems of Western European host countries - discusses the situation and attitudes of immigrant workers vis-a-vis trade unions and workers representation machinery in the enterprise, and argues the case for a new style of collective bargaining which would ensure effective representation.
