Abstract
Describes and compares laws applicable to sexual harassment at the work place in 23 industrialized countries. Exposes the diversity in legal approaches to sexual harassment and how this diversity reflects differences in both legal traditions and attitudes to the legal classification of sexual harassment within these 23 countries.
