Article surveying employees attitudes to retirement policies in Japan - concludes that workers would opt for a higher retirement age or the possibility of return to work, and would prefer a wage payment system based on seniority and performance record (results broken down by sex, age group and educational level); briefly discusses obstacles to raising the retirement age; makes a comparison with attitudes in France.
