Abstract
Article on recent trends in the development of collective bargaining in Australia - describes the present labour court network established for dispute settlement, covers the role of employers organizations and trade unions in negotiating collective agreements, management attitudes, etc., and concludes that it is unlikely the system of compulsory arbitration will be abandoned in the foreseeable future.
