Abstract
Notes the decline in trade unionization, the weakening of trade union solidarity and the growing role of employers organizations. Points out increased state intervention, as witnessed by tripartite collective agreements and labour legislation, and discusses bargaining on working conditions at national level, industry level, enterprise level and in public service.
