Abstract
Article on Community law, EC directives and judicial decisions on equal pay, equal opportunity and sex discrimination in employment, 1975 to 1983 in EC countries. Examines the legal position at Community and national level. Concludes that inequality still exists in spite of legislation to the contrary.
