Article on the experience of the national level textile corporation of Sri Lanka in respect of labour grievances arising from the lack of personnel management in the establishment of its first cotton textile industry plant - covers such problems as recruitment and selection policy, the problem of workers induction in respect of rural workers, staff regulations, trade union relations, wage structures, etc.
